These cupcakes are soft and moist. Then, they are filled with “cookie dough” dough which is made with butter, brown sugar, flour, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Top each cupcake with a delicious brown sugar frosting and sprinkle with chocolate chips! If you'd like, you can also top these with mini chocolate chip cookies for an even better presentation! These cupcakes will make every cookie lover crazy!
