I love avocados and I've never had avocados in cupcakes, until now. I was surprised at how delicious these cupcakes are. It's a surprising dessert ingredient, but it was delicious and really tasty. Plus, they're vegan!

Both the cupcakes and the frosting have avocados in it. The cupcakes are moist, soft, and you will be surprised by the presence of the avocados. They are made even better with a sweet avocado buttercream frosting, which in my opinion, taste like ice cream! These cupcakes would be good for breakfast because the entire cupcake is a meal itself!
