To be honest, any kind of frosting will be perfect for vanilla cupcakes. The good thing about vanilla cupcakes is that its flavor is never overwhelming. Which is why this fudge buttercream frosting is the ultimate pair to these delicious vanilla cupcakes!
You will be surprised by how soft and fluffy these cupcakes are! Cake flour makes the fluffiest cupcakes, so if you wanted soft and fluffy cupcakes, make sure to use cake flour! These cupcakes have the nicest golden color. Make sure to not overbake the cupcakes, otherwise, you won't have the softest cupcakes! In my experience, the best way is to bake the cupcakes at 170°C or 338°F for only 20 minutes! Once 20 minutes are over, check on your cupcakes by touching on them lightly, and if they spring back, they’re done. Then, let the cupcakes cool in the pan for only 5 minutes, then, transfer them onto a cooling rack. Once completely cooled, you can now top each cupcake with the delicious fudge buttercream frosting and chocolate sprinkles!
