St. Patrick's Day is a fun occasion to celebrate and to commemorate this day, I bake delicious cupcakes every time. But unlike the other cupcakes I've made in the past, this recipe has no alcohol in it, meaning, they're safe to eat, even for kids!
These cupcakes are soft, moist, and light. They are made even better with a simple cream cheese frosting. This kind of frosting is slightly different since it has no butter in it, but it's still delicious! Then, decorate these cupcakes with green sanding sugar, and you're done!
Additionally, this recipe can be adapted to any holiday, so feel free to bake them whenever you want to!
