This recipe will show you something that adults will love! Start with a chocolate cupcake and once baked, let them cool. Next is the fun part. Poke holes in each cupcake and use a pastry brush to brush Kahlua on top of each cupcake. Once you've brushed the top, go back and do one more coat on each cupcake. Then, once the Kahlua has soaked in, frost each cupcake with a delicious chocolate Kahlua frosting. Finally, sprinkle espresso covered beans on top of each cupcake!
If you'd prefer not to include alcohol, you can just replace the Kahlua with espresso coffee and then you'll have chocolate espresso cupcakes.
