You can never go wrong with peppermint for Christmas. I think it's a classic Christmas flavor that everyone must have. Which is why I thought baking these delicious white chocolate peppermint cupcakes is the perfect idea for the holidays!
These cupcakes are basically vanilla cupcakes, but with peppermint extract in it. These cupcakes are light, delicious, and absolutely flavorful! As for the frosting, it's the silkiest, smoothest frosting I have ever seen. These cupcakes are topped with a delicious white chocolate frosting. They are made with dense white chocolate, so there's no artificial flavor in the frosting. You can also use a two-toned frosting for this to make it more beautiful. If you're baking this for Christmas, I suggest using red and green food color for the frosting. Finally, top with crushed peppermint candy for garnish!
Making a two-toned frosting might be hard at first, so here's my little trick for you: get two regular sized piping bags. Then, place each of the frostings in separate bags. Once done, get a bigger piping bag and insert these two frostings inside!
