When the fall season starts, it's always the top priority in my book to make pumpkin cupcakes. I came across this recipe in the middle of May and been wanting the fall season to start so bad, so I can make these cupcakes right away!
These cupcakes have the delicious combination of a spicy cupcake, tangy cream cheese frosting, sweet caramel sauce, and candied pecans. The cupcakes are perfectly spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. They are moist and soft. They are made even better with a whipped cream cheese frosting that is so fluffy, in my opinion. Then, they are garnished with a sweet caramel sauce and candied pecans.
I tried making these cupcakes this year, and I am not disappointed. They are so much perfect for holiday baking or whenever you crave for a pumpkin dessert.
