I love chocolate so much, but I am never a fan of dark chocolate. I don't know why, but it doesn't appeal to me that much. I know it's just chocolate, but it still has a different taste from the regular chocolate. But when I came across this recipe, I wasn't hesitant to make it, considering it's a recipe for dark chocolate cupcakes. After tasting it, I was instantly converted to a dark chocolate lover.
These dark chocolate cupcakes with raspberry buttercream frosting are amazingly delicious. Start with dark chocolate cupcakes as the base. The batter has the consistency of a brownie batter, making the cupcakes moist and super rich. Then, they are made even better with a delicious raspberry buttercream frosting. This frosting has fresh raspberries in it, making it all natural! Finally, top with a raspberry for garnish!
I like my cupcakes with filling in it. So, to make these cupcakes even more delicious, fill each cupcake with a raspberry pie filling!
