These vanilla cupcakes aim for light and fluffy. And the key to that is cake flour and sour cream. Cake flour helps to produce an all-around cakier cupcake while the sour cream lightens up the crumb. These cupcakes have a strong vanilla flavor because instead of using vanilla extract, you will then use vanilla beans, which has the strongest flavor of all. These cupcakes are already delicious and to make them even more delicious, top them with your favorite frosting and garnish with your favorite sprinkle.
