These cupcakes are filled with coconut flavor through and through! Start with coconut cupcakes as the base. Because of the addition of the coconut milk, these cupcakes are rich, moist, and dense. The cupcakes itself are already delicious, but they are made even better with a creamy coconut frosting. Finally, they are topped with more of the shredded coconut. These cupcakes are great for dessert, snacks, bake sales, even Easter!
