These vegan cupcakes are extremely delicious! It starts with sweet potato zucchini cupcakes as the base. They are moist, soft, and perfectly spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Also, there is an added texture to these cupcakes all because of the golden raisins and pecans. These cupcakes will still taste delicious even without frosting, but if you'd like, you can top these with a delicious vanilla run frosting. The combination of the cupcakes and the frosting are so frosting and perfect for each other. These cupcakes are the perfect dessert any time of the year!
