These carrot cake cupcakes are my first real experience with this kind of dessert. Unbelievably, these cupcakes are moist, delicious, and perfect for a quick home dessert! They are then topped with a classic cream cheese frosting and pecans! I'm sure these cupcakes are going to be everyone's favorite!
