These ingredients actually help on cupcakes to have a certain texture that you'd want in a cupcake. Well, who wants dry cupcakes? Not me! Then, they are dipped in white chocolate ganache and topped with creamy white chocolate buttercream. Finally, top with red sprinkles for garnish.
