Confetti cupcakes are a must at every party. They're delicious, simple, and really great to look at. Through all my baking experience, I learned that all kinds of frosting go perfectly well with confetti cupcakes. But this one right here is my new favorite. Plus, it's a perfect frosting for when you're baking in the summer!

To make things easier, this recipe uses a simple white cake mix. Of course, you can use a scratch recipe, if you prefer that. These cupcakes are moist, soft, and really delicious. You can't even tell they're made with a cake mix! Then, they are topped with a sweet strawberry frosting that is so perfect for summer! Finally, garnish with a strawberry on top!

Summer is when berry fruits are abundant. So if you'd like, you can use your favorite berry fruit in this frosting such as blackberry, blueberry, or raspberry!
