The thing I love about vanilla cupcakes is that they are simple, but once you've tasted it, it's bursting with flavor! You can top these with a frosting of your choice, but for this recipe, they are topped with a buttercream frosting that is colored in black. Of course, you can use your favorite color, but make sure to use food gel instead of liquid coloring so that the consistency of the frosting won't change. Finally, you can decorate these cupcakes with a topper of your choice or leave them as it is.
