I am crazy for these cupcakes! I made them one afternoon for friends and they loved it! This delicious dessert starts with coconut flour and brown sugar-based cupcakes. You can also use any cupcake that you fancy like chocolate cupcakes. These cupcakes are soft, moist, and flavorful. They are then topped with chocolate ganache, coconut caramel topping and a drizzle of the remaining ganache. If you are not a fan of ganache, you can simply top these with the coconut caramel topping and chocolate chips!
