This delicious dessert starts with a brownie that is fudgy and moist like a true brownie would be! Then, they are covered with a simple 4-ingredient cheesecake layer. Basically, this dessert is half brownie, half cheesecake. All that you want in one! Finally, top these mini cheesecakes however you like, with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate, or simply top with fruit preserves or caramel sauce!
