I know it's a strange combination, but trust me, they are delicious!

Start with lemon cupcakes as the base and you can easily use a white cake mix for this. Although they are made with a cake mix, they are moist because of the oil, buttermilk, and sour cream. That for me is a way to make boxed cake mixes even better. Then, they are topped with a very delicious and creamy chocolate frosting. Finally, top with yellow sprinkles or lemon slices. I know you think twice over these cupcakes, but I'm sure after you've baked them, they are going to be your new favorite!
