PB&J: a classic snack we used to have as kids! I can still remember my mom making this sandwich for me every day. Even now, eating PB&J brings so many memories from when I was a kid. Since I love PB&J, I wanted to have a new way to enjoy this snack. Luckily, there's a dessert called berry yummy PB&J cupcakes, and I think that's the answer to my childhood dream.
These delicious cupcakes will blow your mind! The peanut butter cupcakes are super moist and dense. The addition of sour cream to the recipe makes the cupcakes moist, which is what we want in a cupcake. Then, they are filled with a red raspberry jam and topped with a peanut butter frosting. Finally, place a small dollop of remaining jam onto the center. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and serve!
