The base of the cupcake is a moist and light lemon cupcake. The cupcakes are flavored with both lemon juice and lemon zest, so you're sure the cupcakes have a lovely lemon flavor. Then, they are topped with a delicious raspberry frosting that is perfectly flavored and colored with fresh raspberry puree. What I love about this frosting is that there's no need for food coloring since the puree does the work. Finally, garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice!
