I love all kinds of berry fruits during spring. I think that in spring, that's when the sweetest and most delicious berry fruits are harvested. My most favorite kind of berry is raspberry. They're perfect for anything, and even if you're just snacking on it, they're still delicious. One of my favorite ways to make use of raspberries is turning them into delicious cupcakes!

They are moist, soft, and absolutely delicious. Then, they are made even better with a delicious and naturally flavored raspberry frosting. Finally, top with a raspberry fruit for garnish.
There are times that when you add fruit to your batter, they tend to sink to the bottom. The method to avoid this is to cover the fruits with a part of the dry mixture needed for the batter. Make sure to coat each fruit, so they won't sink, and they'll scatter around the cupcakes instead.
