These cupcakes are so light and fluffy. Since these are raspberry swirl cupcakes, there are raspberries inside. Then, they are topped with a sweet Swiss meringue buttercream. Finally, top with a raspberry fruit to complete the dessert.
If you're familiar with baking with fruits, you know that using freeze-dried fruits are the best option, but not in this recipe. You can actually bake with fresh fruits and all you have to do is to toss them in flour, preventing the fruits from sinking down the cupcake.
Additionally, you can use any fruit of your choice!
