For strawberry lovers, all forms of strawberry dessert are acceptable. My sister is a big strawberry lover, and just last week, I baked these delicious cupcakes for her. I figured some of you strawberry lovers would want to see the recipe as well!
These strawberry cupcakes are moist, soft, and flavorful. You can see the pieces of strawberries baked into the cupcakes. They are made even better with a smooth and creamy strawberry meringue buttercream that has real strawberries in it! I can say that these delicious cupcakes are loaded with all the strawberry goodness you will want!
As for the strawberries baked in the cupcakes, I would like to share a tip with you. Baking with fresh fruits might be a bit intimidating since they tend to sink down to the bottom of the cupcakes. My trick here is to cover the fresh fruits with the dry ingredient, this being the flour, and coat each of them. Once done, you can now mix it into the batter and gently fold it. This will help the fresh fruits to scatter all around the cupcakes when baking.
