Pumpkin and s'mores is a combination you never thought would be delicious. I was surprised myself, but wow, these cupcakes were delicious! I was blown away by the taste, so I would like to share them with all of you!
These delicious cupcakes are going to be the perfect fall dessert! This dessert starts with a layer of graham crust. The pumpkin cupcakes are moist, soft and perfectly flavored with pumpkin pie spice. Each cupcake is filled with a ganache filling and topped with a delicious marshmallow frosting. Of course, these won't be called s'mores if you don't toast the marshmallow, so go ahead and toast them slightly with a kitchen torch. But if you don't have a torch, the Bic candle lighters would work too! Finally, top with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
