Unlike any other grain-free and gluten-free desserts, these cupcakes aren't soggy at all! This happens if you add fresh fruits to the recipe. Now, to avoid this, coat the strawberries with coconut flour, then the fruits won't sink down and you won't have soggy cupcakes! They are made even better with a light and delicious cream cheese frosting. Finally, top with a fresh strawberry for garnish!
I'm sure anyone who eats these cupcakes couldn't even tell they're grain-free and gluten-free. These delicious cupcakes are perfect any time of the year!
